Your new company:

We are looking for a supply planner for our pharmaceutical partner company

Your new roles:

• Maintain and manage rolling supply plan to ensure required customer service level and agreed stock targets
• Manage PO’s in ERP and clearly communicate them with suppliers
• Strong contact with manufacturing sites, daily follow up of production plans and their changes
• Control of pick ups and transport of the goods, achieve best and optimal delivery costs and lead time within our forwarder network, ensure logistic service provider has all relevant information for goods receipt
• Support customs clearance process
• Control stock level and stock statuses, keep agreed stock targets to support NWC goals but minimalizing OOS
• Daily follow up of customer demand changes and modify production/shipment plans cooperating with manufacturing plants
• Clear and effective communication with cross functional departments (sales, marketing, finance, warehouse)
• Manage seasonal/promotional products, ensure packaging material availability and plan/coordinate packaging process according to customer needs
• Control and approve incoming supplier invoices and logistic costs
• Track and coordinate artwork changes in line with authority requirements and supply demands to avoid stock outs

What you need to succeed:

• University degree
• 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain (preferably in planning) in FMCG/Pharma industry
• Strong English knowledge
• SAP background
• Proactive, complex way of thinking
• Precise, responsible, independent work
• Outstanding analytical/problem solving skills
• Result oriented thinking
• Loadability, able to work effectively under high pressure
• Experience from the Pharma industry is an advantage
